NEBB Certified Reports

Pre-Demolition Reports

Some fitout projects re-use existing equipment and specify required testing prior to demolition. We provide detailed pre-demolition reports that highlight the existing system performance. Completing these reports eliminates potential headaches during the commissioning phase.

Stairwell Pressurisation System Testing

Most multi-story buildings require stairwell pressurisation systems to ensure occupants can exit safely during an emergency. Whether you require an existing system to be re-tested or a new stairwell system to be commissioned we can provide the expertise and reports you need.

Ductwork Pressurisation Leakage Testing

Projects requiring a high level of quality and efficiency generally require the manufactured ductwork to be pressure tested via an external fan rig. We have become experts with the specialised equipment, co-ordination and preparation that is needed to complete these tests. Building Envelope Testing

With the current push towards energy efficiency, new buildings are requiring greenstar and NABER ratings. As a result building envelope testing is becoming more common each day. These tests ensure the building has been sealed correctly guarantying minimal energy is being lost via leakage.

Warm Smoke Testing

Some new and existing buildings will require warm smoke testing to receive the final sign off before occupancy. Warm smoke at 100 degrees Celsius provides a true simulation of fire scenarios as the smoke remains buoyant throughout the test unlike common fog machines.

Commissioning Plans

A high level of quality requires a high level of documentation. Clients, consultants and ICAs may require contractors to provide a commissioning plan detailing their exact scope and methodology. As part of our air & hydronic balancing services we can provide project specific plans.

Pipework Dynamic Flushing

Unfortunately sometimes a simple and quick static flush will not be enough. Some projects may be require the contractor to carry out a dynamic flush following the BSRIA guidelines. We are familiar with these procedures and have the correct equipment to carry out the process.
